When you join the Freedom Blue PPO (a Regional Preferred Provider Organization), you’ll have quick, easy, direct access to a robust network of doctors, medical personnel and top healthcare facilities.
As a member of a Freedom Blue PPO, you are automatically enrolled in Medicare Part D, Medicare’s prescription drug coverage. You don’t need to enroll in a separate Part D plan.
